At Superz. WorldWide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our Guest Portal to submit a return request with your order number and email address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
